They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I did enjoy the seating they provided at this eye care facility. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
