Susan Parsons Herman is the absolute BEST massage therapist on the planet! Great massage room with excellent padding and always the perfect temperature. Susan is a "muscle whisperer" - always knows exactly the right amount of pressure to achieve the intended result without creating soreness (like an anonymous massage therapist I refer to as "Conan, the Massage Therapist"). I will refrain from scheduling any resort spa massage when I travel no matter how hip, slick, and cool their pamphlet. The last time I succumbed to the marketing tools, I was left sore (physically & emotionally!) and couldn't wait to get home to schedule with Susan!
