They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The oil they used during my massage was high-quality. I could tell they cared about creating the best experience possible for their clients. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
