I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
