There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I was really disappointed with how inaccurate my prescription was after visiting them. My vision was screwed up for weeks and I ended up having to go to someone else to finally be able to see properly.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had

Never, they are very reliable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
