I've noticed all Internal Arts can be done very slowly, if done slow, it seems easier to remember the sets, or what we call forms. It can be itimidating selecting from the wide variety of offerings out there. Hopefully our first choice is a fit, if not, keep trying' - dont' be too discouraged, plus if we feel a bit awkward or self consciouse in class that's natural. It also helps to remember, we don't necessarily do movements wrong, but we do them better each time we move. \nWhen we are moving slowly, consciously, and with more awareness, then ease and efficiency keeps coming each time we do our movement patterns. Building, gaining ground, moving forward takes a little time. So be patient in your search and in life, continue Learning - not standing still, it's usually better to move your body a litlle than not. Movement creates momentum in all area's of life. Your body is your's, you experience it better than anyone, coming from your first person perspective. It's your's, you own it. So feel free to move it slowly once in a while. Try it you may like it. \nAll the best in your training'\nSifu Dave
