I enjoy Internal Arts and Digital Arts. I have been practicing the martial arts since I was 6 years old, starting with Judo, then migrating to traditional arts, and on to the Chinese Arts. I have rankings of a higher level in many Martial Arts. I enjoy Sharing, learning, teaching. I also practive the Health Arts, and am a certified Somatic Educator.
