Blake has seven years in fitness and wellness coaching. He specializes in senior’s and women’s health goals. Blake is excited about his successful history in meeting targeted client wellness goals-including high blood pressure, healthy weight reduction, stress & anxiety reduction, and targeting type 2 diabetes.
