first impression: rude staff. receptionist was talking in front me how the other patient was so not polite for walking in without knocking. wrong or right, staff shouldnt say those things in front of other patients.

note: arrive 10 min prior appointment and filled all forms out (im was a new patient).

4 other patients walked in AFTER me. and all went in BEFORE me. i asked how long more. the staff said 15 more minutes and that 40 minutes wait is really standard for a doctor. sorry but that is not ok with me specially to be treated as second class... why all others went in front me? (i asked) the staff said i was a new patient and had to wait.

not going back. if they were genuinely running late, i could even understand. but putting others in front me because im a new patient and therefore will take longer is unacceptable. also unacceptable is the staff attitude.

i asked for my file and walked out.

RUDE. INEFFICIENT. i do NOT recommend. hope the doctor will see this and realize how bad his staff is.
