They seemed way more concerned about selling their insurance plan than about my pet. As a first time pet owner who has gone to another vet as a result of feeling neglected due to their constant sales pitches, I learned that they really tried to get me to come back for another appointment (which I would have to pay for!) even though my pet did not need the second booster. he is an ADULT. Take a look at the charges on your receipt. I wish they would have asked me before adding on $60 here and there for services I never requested. They even charged me money because my pet had an accident. When I called back to ask a question, they said the vet I spoke to was unavailable and they had no idea when she'd be back... but "it'd be a while". No other vet was willing to speak with me. Don't go here.
