This is a letter I just sent "DR. Sinclair. I don't think anything else needs to be said.

Ms Sinclair...

I was sitting on this email for a few days. However, I'm going to send it now, and I'm going to itemize a few salient points for you.

First, your "services" were given to me on a recommendation.

* On November 18th, 2020, contacted you about an appointment. You stated you were about to go into session and asked if you could call me back the same afternoon. You failed to do so.

* The following day you texted me and apologized for not calling me back, and asked if you could call me back after 5:00 PM that day (November 18th) to which I responded, "that's fine."

* Again, you never called back. I texted you on Tuesday, November 24th, and you told me your dog had emergency surgery. This, I can certainly understand. You attempted to call me but I missed your call, but texted you the same afternoon.

* On Thursday December 3rd, I texted you again. You informed me you were not taking on new clients, and I asked myself...why would someone in the "service business" not just tell this to me on the first phone call?

While you were accommodating enough to get me in, there were more communication issues.

I asked you specifically about insurance, who would file etc. While you explained your policies to me, I was told you had a girl who would send me the required information to file on my own. I sent you you my email minutes after I left your office. The following week I asked again and you said you hadn't received my text, which you had. .You never even checked. The next day I asked again about the info I needed to file, and you informed me your girl would be out until after the first of the year. I'm candidly thinking to myself, does this woman not know when her own billing people are in the office? It's not like you're a massive operation.

On Tuesday December 22nd you said you were going to call and "check on me," after our first EMDR session. Again, you didn't follow through. The day before you never even mentioned a follow up session. All this being said, I know my situation is difficult. I do appreciate your candor in telling me "you could understand why I might consider suicide," based on my past traumas and current situation.

I expect your girl can now email me the two invoices for services rendered. s.eranger@sbcglobal.net

During the past 7 years, I have dealt with countless medical professionals. My question is...why are you still practicing? Dealing with you has been a comedy of errors. Perhaps to you none of this is a big deal? To me, it's a massive deal, because I NEVER made a promise to a client I didn't keep in over 31 years. NEVER.

I'm flabbergasted with your lack of service. I don't know why I expected anything different.

Respectfully Submitted,

Dr. Sinclair helped me through some of the darkest times in my life. Ten years later I am unable to see her but am still reaping the benefits of her advice.
