I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. During a very hard time in my sons life they made things harder on both him and me. For a service that is being in the business of helping people they did the complete opposite. We ended up going somewhere else and are doing great with who we chose. I'm get sick to my stomach every time I think of Still Waters and how they treated us.

I can't say I was completely satisfied with the time I spent here. I wasn't unhappy with the services, but I didn't get much accomplished. They usually seem unprepared for my appointment, they actually seem to busy with their children in the back office area which contains private patient information and I believe IS a HIPPA violation!! I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door but they looked up and saw I was there. For being counselors, they are not very understanding of the need for flexibility in appointments especially for school age children and parents that work. They will charge for a less than 24 hour cancellation regardless of what the reason is. They claim to operate as a "physician office", yet try to collect for late cancelled appointment from a minor child. So sad. So between the HIPPA violations with visitors standing BEHIND the counter and billing a minor patient and holding them financially liable, we will not be going back nor recommending them to any friend
