On our first visit, our counselor took notes and asked a lot of questions. When we left we felt good, but as we continued there were no more notes and the counselor needed to be reminded of past conversations. When my child started to attend with us my child said she was uncomfortable and was asked the same questions repeatedly and this only made my child more irritable and did not want to go at all. Then there seemed to be confusion with appointments and on my last visit i explained that i would not be able to come in for awhile and said i would call to make the next appointment then i was asked well 2 weeks then and i repeated that i would have to call. 2 weeks went by got a call saying i missed an appt. called and was told someone would call me back, i got a letter saying come in to discuss it well i never got a call now i got 2 bills for a appt i never made. I called to discuss it and was told by the billing dept that they were stuck in the middle and if i dont pay it will go to collections now i am still waiting for a call from the counseler and its been 2 mos. i will never go back or recommend the women i had.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
