Food is quite bad (at least it was a year ago when my uncle lived there). Building and apartments are really nice. If this place could get its act together where meals are concerned, it would be a great place. As it stands now, thank god there are a few good restaurants nearby.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. This was one of the worst retirement communities I've ever seen. There is no way I would ever live there. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The food residents are served leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast way too early in the morning, main meal at noon, and a lunch served at 4:30. That means many folks are not eating from 5:00pm until noon the next day. Food quality is poor--residents have complained about it, but their complaints are blown off by the staff. This place is too expensive for the poor quality of meals.
