They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I have had the experience where I've had to reach out to the Emergency Pager to speak to Charlie or his other vet on staff. I've always had a call back within 10-15 minutes. I've even had a follow up call the following day to see if I was needed to be seen in the office. I presently drive 20-25 minutes to Canaan to see Charlie & his crew, despite there being 3-4 vet clinics within a 10 minute drive of me.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They were very rough to my dear pets, and hacked up my puppy when we got her spayed. The worst grooming job went with that day too. If you care about your pets then DON NOT take them here!!!!

No, I've even asked them to do it and they always forget. It is so frustrating

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, he/she didn't spend too much time with me
