We have been clients of Dr. Hanna's since she came to Willits. I have a very large (130 lb), spoiled, loved beyond words German Shepherd who's mission in life is to intimidate people.
He barks VERY loud and being optimistically cautious I wanted a muzzle on him when being handled.
Trooper's last visit to Dr. Hanna was to drain his anal gland - which everyone knows is such a thrill for dogs. After the procedure Trooper and I waited in the exam room while Dr. Hanna went to get some things for me to take home.
She came back in, sat in the chair next to me and a miracle happened. Trooper went over and allowed Dr. Hanna to pet him. I'm not sure who was happier - Dr. Hanna or me. I think, being on his level gave him the nudge he needed to say "I'm ok with this".
Just one story, although I have others.
My point is that we are always treated like my animal is the most important being in the room and it's obvious by Dr. Hanna's patience, they are all very caring and I trust them with my dog's life.

Dr. Chana is both friendly and an excellent vet. I highly recommend bringing your pet to this office.
