I was overcharged by Dr. Castimore. I had a weekly arrangment set up and Dr. Castimore took double the amount. When I asked Office Manager, Christine Boyd, for the amount returned, she said that he refused. When I'm calling the office, I want to speak to the doctor not the Vet Tech, Office Manager or the children working there. Why is Dr. Castimore always in surgery and not available to speak? My cat was brought in for constipation and when he was returned to me, my cat was still constipated! What kind of service is that? I would not bring my cat there again. Sam is about the MONEY!
