My mom was in this facility for about 3 months and her experience/care was not a good experience at all. Many of the staff was not friendly, caring nor understanding. My mom did not improve at all during her stay, but only got worse. It was very difficult to get anything done in a timely manner ie......therapy, medication, assistance to use bathroom, timely checking of patient. It became a very frustrating situation. Once we moved our mom to another facility in another part of the state, we realized what good care was like. Their prices were very fair. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
