This place is lousy. They never tell you your medical status, even though they are constantly taking your blood pressure and blood. They at times forget you are there and therefore forget to feed you. 4 patients to 1 bathroom with no lock on the bathroom. You have to constantly ask for toilet paper.

In the beginning of a hospital transition for my grandmother, this place was sort of helpful but after her being there for some time I noticed a bit of unprofessionalism with the director and social worker involved. She had special conditions that needed care and some were neglected at times. Upon discharge, I advised the living conditions to where her address was noted was not safe/livable and this place didn't evaluate nor take my word for it but yet still discharged her to unsafe conditions which led to home care and adult protective services removing her from premises within 24 hours of discharge. Had concourse made an assessment prior to my grandma's discharge she would not be back in hospital where now she is sick again and I'm in the midst of working with a very professional establishment to have her placed asap. Please do not bring your loved ones to Concourse, you'll regret it.
