They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The ER staff was RUDE, they lied to me, tried to trick me and both females (did not get names) were very short with me.

The answer to everything was "well, we have people we have to answer to" so I guess they are not smart enough or trusted to make their own decisions based on the patient in front of them at the time. She just wanted to "have someone come in and shoot you up with torodol" She (I do not think was a real doctor) was rude to me, was rude to my wife and was completely unhelpful. She, the "DR" blamed everything on Obama. Well Obama didn't hurt me so this was just insult to injury.
If you are in a situation where you need immediate medical attention, do not come here! I have Great Insurance, it had nothing to do with $$, it had to do with this Dr. power tripping and not wanting to work. period! My temp was high and the 1st lady in intake said" well, I dunno, we don't calibrate these things" (talking about the thermometer)
TERRIBLE SERVICE< even with great insurance.... stay away goto portage.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
I had an OPEN MRI and they were so nice & patient with me, PROMPT and helpful as I am handicapped. I highly recommend them for these procedures. When I needed the copy of my MRI they were extremely polite and VERY FAST to get it for me.
