I am frustrated with Dr. House and his office staff. I saw him for less than 2 minutes two years ago. Apparently ,whoever was in the hall and on the phone was more important than the office visit I had scheduled. I waited and waited for him to come in..... The notes in "my" file are not mine nor are they correct. I had severe side effects from knee injections but no one there seemed to care or respond to me. The office staff I saw not friendly. I am now being billed for an office visit almost 2 years old which is why I am finally writing this review.
Certainly not customer service friendly and I don't believe staff is competent. The office did appear to be clean and his PA was okay but I would look for elsewhere.
