I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
