During my first visit a few weeks ago, I spent hours at the office because the doctor was "running behind". Then today I had an appointment at 1:00. I was taken into the exam room, and was told that I was the first patient of the day, and the doctor had not yet arrived. I waited until 1:50, and the staff said they had not heard from him, so I left. On the way out, I noticed that the waiting room was full of patients waiting to be seen. Although the staff remained professional, I got the impression that it was not unusual for Dr. Ambrose to be significantly late. After reading a previous review, that suspicion has been confirmed. This is the epitome of unprofessionalism, and causes one to wonder what may be going on with the doctor personally.
