I have never been treated so rudely by a staff assistant in my life. Initially after providing my insurance information to her she demanded I leave a $100 deposit not required by my insurance that she would refund, and has not. I have still months later never received any bills or paperwork whatsoever. What's worse is that I stopped by 2 months ago to give her additional insurance and she rudely would not speak with me saying I would be refunded. Because she needs the updated insurance information I called again yesterday at which time she began talking over me, and yelling. I called back several times only to have her hang up before I could leave a message informing Dr. O'Connor. Then when going to lunch she disconnected the answering machine to prevent me leaving a message and insurance information. This woman needs to be removed from her position or anyone visiting this office for service will be treated rudely, and her actions are not in accordance with fair business practices from a client only trying to pay a bill through their insurance.

Dr. Wiebe is one of those rare physicians who is not merely practicing medicine he has perfected the art. He explains everything as he goes along and asks the bigger questions to try to solve the medical mystery. He definitely thinks outside the box and is therefore able to diagnose the problem correctly and treat it. Amazing doctor.
