Jane Ashley is a wonderful therapist. She is kind, compassionate, and a respectful listener. I do feel that she genuinely cared for me and had concern for my situation, but most importantly she helped me realize how to have compassion for myself. That was invaluable. I have recommended Jane to friends and would return to see her again myself.
