I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

We have been going to this Dr and his practice for 27 years. Dr Ross is the best pediatrician in the world. My youngest is 15 and will be sad when he is too old to see Dr. Ross anymore. He has been a awesome Dr. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
