Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've never met a more polite, respectful rehabilitation specialist.

This provider was a wonderful doctor; very thorough and immediately cordial. Which I found surprising, since the quality of the front office service is so appalling that I almost cancelled my visit. The first patient contact for this provider is a terrible front office clerk named Judy. Rude, offensive, and just plain mean. Lied about the time of my appointment, and implied my visit would be cancelled. In fact, no such information was forthcoming from the doctor himself. Taking an assertive approach (which too many cowed patients are afraid to do) I corrected this front office person firmly about her misinformation and refused to back down (she said I was late, I hadn't followed the directions, et al.). Nothing she said was true, as the office manager came forward and determined herself. My medical visit with the doctor and back office staff was great! But who would know it from the front office?
