I am certified Yoga Instructor working in and around the Dothan area. I am qualified to teach Hatha Yoga to beginner and intermediate students and also include a Vinyasa Flow for more advanced students. You can contact me for private/small group lessons or attend a class Mondays @5:30p.m. or Wednesdays @9a.m. at Synergy Health and Fitness located across from Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL.
