We hear a lot that we're supposed to enjoy the moment. But it's hard to do that and still keep track of the millions of things we have going on. Yes, yes, "One thing at a time" people say. But we also have to make sure we don't forget about things we have to do or we'll drop the ball.\n\nIt's a tough balance. One thing that works for me is to meditate for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes before bed. Sounds like a lot, but it's just like taking a nap, but you're awake to enjoy the relaxation.
