Where to start on this one. I was referred to Dr. MacGuire IN NOVEMBER. I couldn't get in until MID JANUARY. Then was told that she had an accident, and was out of commission for a while. (Never got a call about the appointment) So I reschedule, since apparently I missed it. ANOTHER 5 weeks pass, and we drive 2 and a half hours from our home to her Casper office, with SNOW, only to be told by the RUDE, condescending, office worker, (don't know if she was office or nurse, either way.. her appearance and general manner that she was kept did not make me want to have confidence in anything she did.. office work and God forbid be a nurse treating a patient) Sorry.. We were told that Dr MacGuire was "snowed in Denver" and "I tried to call you". So I looked at my phone. Yes, she did call. AT 9:54AM!!!!! We were already IN Casper by that point. I would REALLY like for Dr. MacGuire to think about how her staff is portraying her. Needless to say it will be even longer before I get to see the "great Dr. Mac Guire". I just HOPE that her staff is different in a different office.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The doctor made me feel unimportant and like I am making things up. She had lab work done on me over a month ago and I got the bill for them and not the results. The emergency room seems more concerned than she does.
