Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were definitely one of the best urologists I've seen, and I think they are one of the best in the field. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
