Incompetent staff, especially the receptionists. They bill you for services you didn't get and then lie to the insurance company about it to try and get more money. You will have to dispute your bill EVERY single time you go. Stay away.

Doctor Hogstrom is a caring and helpful doctor. The wait can often be long but he does spend a lot of time with his patients. There staff is helpful for the most part. There's one support staff that is difficult and seems to cause more stress than anything or anyone else.
