Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. I had no idea how to take my medication or what to expect

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
