All concerns & issues I brought up were taken seriously & addressed as appropriate. He was one of the best psychiatrists I've ever seen, though it has been many years since I've been to him. He exceeded my expectations, compared to most other psychiatrists that I've seen. I saw him for about 2years, and never had any problems with follow-up appointments; he determined the frequency of follow-ups based on how I was & as needed for medications, etc. I would stop at his receptionists desk to schedule these appointments, and if I felt I needed to see him before a scheduled appointment they would usually be able to work me in fairly quickly. I've seen other doctors who were judgemental, critical or even aggressive/angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they he was very calm and understanding, & never caused me to feel humiliated or embarrased, etc. I believe he is a compassionate and genuinely caring doctor.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse.
