Was rejected by the doctor and staff because I have become disabled have medicare no longer have private insurance I tried to go to my appointment was refused to be seen after the lady at the front desk was very rude and embarrassing she was ranting and raving how I made the doctor lose 250$ because he left that slot open its my Responsibility to make sure my new ins us accepted which I did do I was told that medicare is accepted anyway it takes 2 yrs to get this ins I did without my meds for over 2 yes not being able to afford the full doc fee I saw McKnight before I went on disability I tried to get back on my meds Cuz I'm suffering in pain but the staff and doc doesn't care about their patients just the almighty dollar I received a phone call the next day that Dr McKnight could no longer see me this is all due to me not having the whole copay before when I had private ins they would bill me now they have left me longer to suffer and more joint damage due to shroegens syndrome shame on you Dr McKnight to let your staff to run your practice in this manner disgraceful

Very Lazy Doctor, shuffles from room to room at a snails pace, works with patients who already have a diagnosis from the north, not very diagnostic when the issue get difficult.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are one of the most reliable doctors I've ever met. Not only are they never late for my appointments, I've even shown up late and they've still been ready to see me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
