I was treated very well by Dr. Kagan and his staff.
They took my insurance and I was seen on time.
The staff was very kind and professional. The girl
who checked me in was very compassionate as I was in pain
and the man who did my scan was helpful and professional.
The scan was fast, they gave me a cd with the pictures on
it as soon as I was done and my doctor got the results within
a few hours...all together the best experience I've had
at any doctors office, certainly the best radiology center
I've ever been to. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. All he cared about was making money. He read my radiology scan, and he isn't even a radiologist.

I wasn't impressed with them at all. There is no way I'm going to recommend them to any of my friends or family members. We are extremely well known in the community...Doctor Bushkin and Dr. Slavin both recommended that we use this facility...The girl that answered the phone was so insensitive and hateful...that it left a very bad taste in my mouth...regardless of the type of machine that they have, they have an employee named Esther that was rude, unprofessional , and insensitive ...I am afraid of closed in machines, she could care less...I will let the doctors and anyone else that I know when this subject arises ....not to go there....such a shame....nice machine, ept Doctor, horrible service.

I could tell that they put a lot of effort into cleaning their office. I appreciated that they took the time to create a clean, comfortable environment for their patients. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Whenever I call them, I can always count on them to take my call right away. I never have to worry that in an emergency, I won't be able to get a hold of anyone. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
