Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

The front office folks can be a little too stern for my liking, sometimes to the point of being borderline rude. But Dr. Strader really knows his stuff, and is very thorough and attentive to all of my questions and concerns.
