I began seeing Dr. Lerfald in 1984. I credit him with my ability to live a full and productive life. I suffer from chemical depression and although it took many years to find a medication that was fully effective he stuck by me through some pretty turbulent behavior on my part.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was very glad that they didn't leave me unattended during my consultation. I've been to some other psychiatrists that left me alone during my consultation, and I felt very ignored, but they didn't do that here.

I loved how quickly I was able to get in to see them. I scheduled my appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed.
