Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.
