I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I've never met a more attentive, caring doctor. They took the time to address all my concerns, and listen to my opinion for everything.

Dr. Lee was able to tret something my other urologists never took the time to explain. My problem did not improve right away, but he reassured me that it would take time. I'm not a patient person and this was hard, but I felt confidnet in how he managed my care.

I would refer anyone here and recommend Dr. Lee wholehardedly.

They are fantastic at returning my calls right away. I always hear back from them within a day. Not only were they friendly, they put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They're always so great about answering my questions over the phone. They never make me drive all the way down there for an appointment. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

He is one of the best robotic surgeons in new jersey. he removed all of my cancer and was always reassuring during my visits with my wife. I would not go anywhere else. I am currently free of my cancer for over 2 years. I owe my life to Dr. Lee. My family thanks him.

He seemed like a nice doctor when I first met him. I liked him then. But it was following up with him that agitated me.

So I called the office a couple of times to get my cat scan report. I'm 22 and had blood in my urine. It took him almost 4 days to finally call back and the first thing he said was, "do not call the office and harass my staff." So apparently, it's NOT okay to be worried about my health? Not to mention the staff was as uncaring and impatient as anyone can ever be. If you're going to tell me that you'll call back the day of or the next day, I'm gonna expect it. Don't make promises you can't keep, especially when it's something as simple as a phone call. I'll let it go the first time, but my patience, too, will start to wear thin after 5+ times. I don't think I'm asking too much...

On the phone, when I asked him questions about the report, he gave me the simplest responses, followed by a "what ELSE do you want to know?" He would NOT let me talk and kept repeating the same sentence over and over again, no matter how many times I tried to get his attention by saying, "excuse me doctor, that's not what I asked." And that's not the best part, he went on to tell me he should be called a "doctor" because he "deserves" it and also "has more experiences and education" than I do. I respect doctors who do their job, not those whose caller IDs read "UNKNOWN" and actually tell their patients they don't have time and then have the nerves to HANG UP on them.

I will never again go to this doctor.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
