Whenever I call them, I usually have to wait a very long time before I hear back. They should really stay on top of their calls better. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
