I have tried for more than 2 days to get through to the staff to reschedule an appointment and they do not answer the phone when they say they are available. It's very frustrating and really quite unprofessional.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
