Not really. I usually have to remind them.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I started going to this man back when I was initially diagnosed in my early 30's. His approach to my illness was medication and experimental drugs. I lost my pancreas because of him. His general carelessness nearly cost me my life. I know of two other patients of his that died from the same medicine he had me on.

Do not go to this man.

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They always make an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and set up a time for me that's convenient.
