After waiting in the exam room for over an hour, Nirmala finally decided to grace me with her presence. She arrived wearing black jeans, a black t-shirt, and black lipstick. I thought I was having a bad dream! This person did not read my records or test results, she just rambled about how bad pain meds are for you! I always thought pain meds were to treat pain! A doctor is only as good as his/her staff, and this doctor may be a very good one(I left knowledge and experience blank because I could not get through), but her staff is abyssmal. If they perceive themselves as &quot;busy&quot;(what doctors office doesnt get busy?!?) they will not bother to answer the phone. Nice work ethic in a state(Ohio) where the average age of a citizen is ten years higher than all other states except Florida, and thus pain management is that much more crucial?
