Inept. Her analysis of my child was completely off track. I was left feeling that the wrong patient file was used when receiving her test result analysis. When I was critical of the analysis, I was told that I essentially lacked understanding. This was extremely insulting considering she had known my child for approximately 4 hours via a proxy that performed testing and produced a report for her to analyze. This individual is very stubborn and conceded. She was unwilling to constructively receive feedback or disagreements. When I expressed the analysis seemed to be off track, she seemed insulted and defensive. A waste of my time and money. Zero production. I am very dissapointed.
