Very poor service from this care provider. At the first appointment, the therapist Trude did not know what the appointment was about, provided the wrong paperwork and argued about the order with patient. ⚠️ WARNING! This therapist will put inaccurate information into your medical records. When challenged about the accuracy of the information in the record, manager claimed patient has behavioral issues as a reason to terminate care.

If you are looking for an honest care provider, seek elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Really nice staff and after 2 months of Physical Therapy my husband is stronger and knows what exercises he can do at home that will not further injure his back. He is also more stable when walking. We were also given a printed list of all the exercises he had done while at PT so he can continue at home. We really enjoyed working with Jake and Stephanie.
