I have no confidence in East Towne Infusion, a part of UNC facilities.I needed iron infusions & have been waiting for a month on insurance. Somehow my primary /secondary insurance was swapped. The financial rep. never returned calls from my drs office or me. They scheduled appointments before the insurance was corrected. I spent hours on the phone with the health care provider, the facility and my insurance to no avail. In frustration, I canceled the appointments.Make no mistake, if simple call backs are ignored, a patient will NOT have a good experience. I was not willing to risk it! Frustrated!!!
