I called to leave a quick message for my provider. The person who answered told me twice I had to go to my patient portal. I HAD been to the patient portal which did not 1.) allow me to register or 2.) did not allow me to do anything else, either. I explained this. She heaved an enormous sigh, and was as rude and short as possible in finally taking the message. If this is the best LifeStance can do, it should quit acquiring more medical clinics and concentrate on improving custome service. If I didn't think my provider, Julianne Bender, was sent from Heaven (as well as possibly the best psychiatrist worked with in my 30 year history) I would IMMEDIATELY find another psychiatric clinic. Trust me on that one. (PS. I still can't access my patient portal, despite repeated attempts.)
These people do not care about their patients. Their people leave and promise to set you up with someone else and they don't and they never tell you. I was dropped as a patient and nobody told me. When I called they said they they would "escalate" and someone would get back to be. Nobody ever did. I called again and they didn't care, told me to look elsewhere. Not a place that cares about their patients.
I've experienced nothing but terrible service and communication since Lifestance replaced LIoBM. Doctors have quit, leaving patients stranded. No effort has been made to prevent lapses in coverage, appointments or prescriptions. No call backs or response from repeated and desperate messages left. It has been a nightmare trying to get one of my regular (and necessary) prescriptions filled -- still not resolved at time of post and it's been almost three weeks. I can't be the only one hung out to dry by their incompetence.
