This is the worst provider I have ever seen before. It is unfortunate for Optum. There are many other great providers there. This woman was extremely unprofessional and has poor patient-centered skills. She should not be allowed to practice medicine in any capacity and seemed unstable in a professional environment. I recommend anyone else in the establishment.
