Debby has been great throughout both my top and facial surgeries, as well as my top surgery revision. She is very caring and always available to answer questions. I appreciated her advice throughout the process, particularly her reassurances immediately after top surgery, when I experienced some complications. The revision surgery has made everything look fantastic, and I felt well-cared for during the whole experience.

Dr. Satterwhite and his team did an amazing job on the procedure as well as in making me feel heard and understood every step of the way. Everyone at this office has helped ease the anxieties that come along with surgery by being helpful, providing information, and always responding quickly to my inquiries. Debby today was super kind and informative, made me feel confident and affirmed going into my next phase of post-op care.

Working with Dr. Gurjala and staff has been wonderful throughout the process. Since the initial (free! Amazing!) consult with Dr. Gurjala, I have felt deeply heard and respected. In considering why this has felt like one of the most positive medical care experiences I have had, I reflected that one of the specific factors that has felt unique has been how un-rushed I have been. Including when appointments have been delayed or started late, Dr. Gurjala really spent the time with me to understand my needs, hopes, and concerns. I never felt pressured or hurried, and he ensured that I felt satisfied with the information I would received. Michelle was a tremendous advocate at various points in the process, and each other staff person I have needed to interact with has been positive. Going into surgery, I felt relaxed because I trusted the Dr. Gurjala and the team. Surgically, Dr. Gurjala delivered exactly what we discussed, and he did an excellent job managing expectations and providing thorough information about the surgical process and likely results. Sad that this team cannot be part of my ongoing medical care!

Debby is one of my favorite people in the world. I found her to be incredibly attentive to my needs, always willing to discuss things, and had my best interest in mind the entire time. She is the type of person that you do not forget. Practically speaking, she talked me down from a few procedures I was wish-washy on, and because she did that I do believe I avoided making mistakes (e.g. hairline advancement). As a hypochondriac, she fielded texts and calls at all times and gave me reasonable responses. She knows what she is doing and I do trust her.

I am so happy with my results! Debby was a little aggressive with taking my tape off but I am not sure if there would have been a gentler way to do it. I have really appreciated the staff's support, especially Debby's, as she has answered my questions throughout recovery and has been available to answer those questions when I needed support. Overall, I am very happy!
